This terms of use agreement (the “Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement by and between parties; YEOMANS (ABN 39525129070) and the Customer, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“Customer”), with regard to Services provided by Yeomans and access and use of Yeomans’s website: www.mylayeomans.com (the “Website”) and any other media form, channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked or otherwise connected thereto. Failure to agree and adhere to all of the terms, conditions and obligations contained herein results in the express prohibition of the Customer’s use of the Website, and the Customer is ordered to discontinue use immediately. Thereafter the relationship between Customer and Yeomans shall cease and be of no further force and effect between the parties, except those outlined in 4.4 and any obligation of the Customer to pay Yeomans for Services rendered or promised shall remain and continue to be an ongoing obligation owed by the Customer to Yeomans.
By accessing the Website and or Services provided by Yeomans you the “Customer” are entering into this Agreement. You are agreeing to all Agreement terms by (a) accessing or using the Service or (b) providing payment to Yeomans.
Any samples, drawings, descriptive matter or advertising issued by us, and any descriptions or illustrations contained in our catalogues or brochures, are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the Services described in them. They do not form part of this Agreement or have any contractual force.
Item 1: Customer
Item 2: Commencement Date Yeomans will commence Services on the first business day following receipt of payment.
Item 3: End Date End of the Customer’s paid subscription period as outlined on the Website.
Item 4: Services Yeomans will: Provide Services under the Customer’s direction in accordance with the description contained on the Website at the date specified in Item 2*.* Purchase of any fonts, imagery or printing is not included.
